How Silk and Cashmere Increased Their Black Friday Revenues
We have prepared a special digital media plan for Silk and Cashmere who wants to increase their Black Friday revenues.
A month before Black Friday, we started bringing in qualified users and increased brand awareness. Our goal was to increase the number of new users before Black Friday and to allow more users to purchase during the campaign period.
We used the Google ads platform to attract new users and set up search campaigns for all categories. We have sent data to be used in email, sms and whatsapp channels by integrating user id through Google Analytics. By sending the data we collected through Google Analytics to the call center, we significantly increased call center revenues.
We made combination suggestions for users who made purchases during the black friday period and made them buy again. In order to reach our target revenue, we held daily meetings with the Silk and Cashmere team and prepared daily action plans according to the current performance.
As a result of all our work, we were able to increase Silk and Cashmere online revenues by 100%.
